Family stay

The hotel is very new. It does not provide an air purifier but you can borrow it at the front counter. I also asked their help to call to make amendments to my reservation. The staff are all very helpful. There are a mixture of foreign staff and Japanese staff. They able to speak English. All the fixtures are new. The breakfast is good. The room are spacious. No complain at all.

General facilities were good, and location is excellent for both train and car access - with lots of restaurants and shops nearby also. Sadly, we had several cleanliness issues, and despite bringing 2 items up with the hotel staff, one issue was not addressed at all, nor rectified. Also, bed was pretty uncomfortable - maybe just too firm for us, but we all slept pretty badly and couldn't get comfortable. Staff were generally polite, but sad they didn't correct the issue we brought to their attention.
