「房間非常的小，但是看起來乾淨，旅館的服務人員素質不太一樣，有些很好，有些沒那麼好！當場加早餐，付過錢了，但是最後一天要離開的時候又要跟我們要一遍，好險有溝通，後來沒有收，但是每次去吃早餐的時候有付錢，不知為何電腦系統還會記錄沒付」

「Excelente ubicación, en el Casco Viejo. Dan precio preferencial en estacionamientos que están aproximadamente a 500 metros. Sólo sugeriría que fuesen más claros con las instrucciones para estacionar y llegar. Las instalaciones son adecuadas 」

「Muy céntrico, se puede ir caminando a todos los sitios de interés desde el hotel. Tienen sello “dog friendly” con un coste de 15€/noche. Se encuentra aparcamiento gratuito alrededor. Desayuno completo y recomendable. Muy buena experiencia ya que lo elegimos como punto de salida hacia varios destinos del País Vasco. 」

「Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up.
