"This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor that never went away. The hallway smelled bad as well, which made it clear this wasn’t just a one-off room issue.
The bathroom was in very poor condition — cracked and broken tile, darkened grout, and visible mold/mildew around the tile and fixtures. It felt unsanitary and clearly the result of long-term neglect, not a simple cleaning issue.
