「There was absolutely no toilet tissue in our room when we arrived, which was a frustrating inconvenience in itself. But the unprofessional part was having to make two different trips back to the hotel before we were able to receive our deposit, due to staff claiming they didn't have access to the office where it was supposedly locked away.」

「Room mostly clean. Toilet was not bolted properly to full would rock to the right and made you feel you would fall. Tub surface almost did the splits, needs treads or something! Fan in bath not hooked up! Shower curtain is open at the top and allows water to wet the floor, irs dangerous. You need a hook or towel rod fot your bath towel」
