「Great stay」

「Front Desk clerk was Fantastic. Got upgraded right away upon check in. Property was clean and comfortable. Just a minute away from restaurants, Groceries, lake front and beach. Beautiful view from my room that had not one but two Patios. Booking again for the Fall.」

「Excellent view. Right on the water. The cleaning staff were completely on top of everything. Quiet place. One issue - we reached out 3 separate times in advance of our stay as we had a few questions and while we were able to reach on 2 occasions a live agent and on the third time left a vm message, no one returned our calls. The live voice agent was not able to answer our questions and despite saying she would have someone call us back, no one did.」

Was able later to show my confirmation for 2 rooms but still said we would make the single room work out. Found they charged for 2nd room even tho wedidnt use and it was their mistake upon check-in. 」
