「Excellent, highly recommend, high end decorations would stay again. Great Location, near attractions and restaurants. Comfy bed and good shower pressure and hot water. They had a working A/C. Good Wi-Fi and smart TV. Also great elevator! My favorite accommodation during our 3 1/2 week trip through Scotland. Streets are one way so beware when trying to find the apartment. Also, no available street parking nearby, best to pay the extra 20 pounds a day for parking. A small microwave would have...

「沒有清晰的泊車指引及接待處正門位置的地圖，只有在斜路的側門有前往接待處的指示牌，沒有駕車來的乘客要爬幾層樓梯才到達。很不方便。住宿、款待及餐飲十分滿意。　」

「Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was great for dinner and a game of pool had had a playground outside that the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was good. A lot of garbage around the outdoor property surrounding hotel, parking lot and outdoor eating/ playground area.」

「Very large, clean and comfortable room. Staff were outgoing and attentive to any of our needs. I was hoping for a more authentic castle experience, but furnishings were basic and a bit worn out. The restaurant service was slow due to under-staffing, but the staff were all friendly and engaging and the food was good. Overall, a comfortable stay, but don't expect much of an experience.」

「Nice relaxing stay, if booking through 3rd party be careful of room designation offered we nearly fell foul of that as originally not as shown on booking and upon confirming with hotel found an error as hotel had put us in room 1/2 size at highest point in hotel best to book direct imo. For disabled requirements a bit misleading as there are none. Staff helpful and some EV charging available not shown on website.」

「Friendly staff in a welcoming small hotel. Our room, the Willow, was very comfortable and quiet. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was good and Breakfast was great also.」
