「Location was great my biggest issue was parking. You had to park in the hospital lot because it's on their property. 3 to $18 every day. You get a break if you only spend 15 min on the lot.」

Cuando llegamos al cuarto el lavamanos estaba lleno de pelos, el zafacón encima del inodoro y la cortina de la bañera enrollada, al parecer iban a limpiar el baño y nunca lo hicieron o no lo terminaron. La funda de la almohada estaba manchada. No nos sentimos cómodos y no se sentía limpio, solo íbamos a pasar una noche porque salíamos de viaje temprano en la mañana, única razón por la que decidimos quedarnos porque ya era tarde en la noche.」

「This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!」

「Gorgeous property with spectacular staff! The room was lovely! The pillows were super comfortable and the blanket was perfectly fluffy. We slept so well. The shower was spacious-- would love lotion to be available to complete the lux spa feel. Breakfast was delicious would have loved an easy place to place used dishes after. The patio was prestine and pleasant. We loved sitting on the rooftop! Next time, will definitely stay longer :)」

「My sheets had a stain. Found a hair in the faucet that wasn’t ours. Had an issues with leaky ceiling that wet the bed due to that we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. There was no running water. Once in the new room had a horrible accident the bathroom door fell on my friends foot was immobile after that and our trip was cut short.」

「Upon arrival to my first time in PR, i can say that the room was very clean and well organized. Air conditioning worked amazing and i like how it has a 65” screen right in front of the bed, not like other places that have very small TV’s. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at The Buoy, if i have the opportunity to go again to PR i will booked the same room. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very calmed neighborhood at night.」

「I loved this place! Definitely will come back. Gorgeous hotel and welcoming environment. Right on the beach. Loved the open windows and immensely friendly and helpful staff. Very attentive and regularly checked on us while we hung out around the hotel and the beach. Restaurant only serves guests which makes service quick and food is good. Great location in walking distance to other things. Beach was beautiful. Hotel was very clean. Will absolutely come back and can’t wait to! Highly recommend...
