「The property was good the food the room and the view the only thing I wasn't to happy about was there is no spa or massage as advertised」

「Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.」

「The property is nice the staff are friendly but the reason why I gave 3 stars overall was because after spending 8 days paying around the same price for a night they raised the price significantly and when I asked if I could keep the same rate the response was kind of snarky telling me the price that it would go up to like if I couldn’t cover it, they said that they needed to talk the the general manager and they never did so I decided to check out and go to another hotel. Despues de escrbirle a ellos para dejarle saber de mi llegada, como dice, la,pagina, y sin respuesta, nunca aparecio el servicio de recogida. Cuando llamo al hotel desde su telefono habilitado en su pagina , nunca hubo respuesta. Ellos, al llegar alli , alegan que ese no era el numero del hotel , o sea, la informacion del hotel no esta...
