Cuartos estandar muy basicos sin nevera

Realmente los cuartos del 2do piso y 4to piso no cuentan con nevera no coinciden las imagenes de las habitaciones con la realidad. Deberian poner las fotos reales de los cuartos economicos o estandar.

Muy bien, el hotel es cómodo y el servicio es muy bueno, el único detalle es que la piscina estaba con algo de sucio, en mi opinión deben mantenerla más limpia

Tuve muchos problemas con la persona encargada del ckeck in, no tenia clara la reserva y la información, mucha demora para organizar todo. Como es posible que no exista un solo tomacorriente en la habitación para conectar y poner a cargar un celular o un computador, el único tomacorriete disponible esta en el baño. Esto fue FATAL!!!

El personal muy atento a excepción del Sr. Roosvelt que nos atendió en el BAR y en el RESTAURANTE, no responde el saludo, no orienta al huésped, no habla y desatento.
