Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

We had a great time at this new hotel, everyone was really nice and clean and friendly. Can't wait until our next visit to Pance, and hopefully the steam room and jacuzzi are finished so we can enjoy them.

Overall good experience only thing was not having free breakfast which was sold to me when booking it on Expedia. All options on the room selections had free breakfast. When arriving at the hotel, they said no breakfast was included.

Servicio muy amable. Las habitaciones son grandes, limpias, bien amobladas. Habitaciones Silenciosas, camas cómodas y se duerme muy bien. La piscina al cuarto piso es muy genial. La Comida en el restaurante es excelente.

Agradable hotel en el sur comodo y bonito

Bastante bien lo único sería mejorar el desayuno en variedad y cerciorarse que el aire acondicionado en la habitación no haga tanto ruido. La calidad de las almohadas podría ser mejor.

Experiencia totalmente desagradable

El personal encargado del check in, bastante mal educado, si bien llegue antes de las 3pm, el hotel estaba desocupado y solicité que me adelantaran la entrada, a lo cual respondían con total descortesía para luego decir que si era probable, si pagaba un extra. El aire acondicionado de la habitación muy mal, el mini bar, no tenía nada, solicité unas botellas de agua y se demoraron medio hora. Para recatar el personal del restaurante.

I put my elderly mother up at this hotel thinking they would be kind to her. Instead, they tricked her into ordering $100 worth of dry cleaning. They offered her a laundry service, and she asked if it was a regular washer and dryer, and they said yes. My mother has never used dry-cleaning in her life and asked to make sure it was a regular laundry service. Towards the end of her stay, they started calling her room to come to take care of her bill, and she was appalled to find out that they had LIED to her about what service she signed up for. She talked to a manager and offered to pay half of it and he agreed. Then, when she tried to check out, the front desk girl said she would call the police if she didn't pay. WHO TREATS OLD PEOPLE THIS WAY???? My mother was so embarrassed and in tears when I came to pick her up. What a horrible thing to do to a guest.
