The hotel was modest but clean and modern. The surrounding area was nice, quiet with a good variety of cafes nearby and a small supermarket too. Little far from the main part of town but the taxis were very cheap

My family enjoyed our 3 night stay at Ambar. The staff was friendly and always willing to offer assistance. I loved the hot water, comfortable bed, and free breakfast. In addition, the 24 hour security on site made you feel safe. We will stay here again when we are in Cali.

I really liked it. It’s very well located, near a bunch of good restaurants. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. The hotel has a cute area outside where you can hang out and have a drink, it’s perfect to enjoy the Cali weather. Breakfast was good too.

I would not book this hotel. Way overpriced for the rooms. Bathroom had a swarm of ants carrying a dead bug up the wall. When it was raining and windy there is horrible metal clanking noise outside your window. We left in mid stay and went to another hotel.

When I was booking this hotel, the photos were very misleading. The hotel website and instagram page showed the hot tub working perfectly fine and a lovely rooftop spa. Upon arrival the hot tub was completely drained and the spa was closed for my full duration of my stay. The sink in the room did not drain and had to wait 30 mins to drain. Also the wifi stopped working every night from around 8PM- 7AM.

Un lugar ok para descansar unos días en Cali

El lugar está bien para quedarse unos días, localizado en el sur de Cali. Es un lugar tranquilo y se puede descansar bien. La ducha requiere de mantenimiento general, el jacuzzi no cuenta con agua climatizada y el sauna no está en funcionamiento. Deberían aclararlo en la publicidad. El desayuno está bien. Sin embargo, los precios del restaurante si uno se queda trabajando, son poco coherentes con la oferta. Cada café termina saliendo muy caro para el lugar, es mejor buscar un lugar cercano para trabajar. La atención es buena aunque a veces el personal no está disponible en puntos clave y toca esperar a que terminen otras tareas. La facturación para el check out fue muy lenta.
