"Breakfast , Bar and accommodations were great ! "

"First time booking at Levels Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles and i can confidently say i will never book here ever again. Driving into the parking structure i asked for directions from the valet guy and he was extremely rude ignoring me at first then just pointing not saying anything. After I figured out parking, i went to check in and staff was rude, right off the bat, they were eating and talking ignoring me when there was NO ONE else in line. Felt discriminated because i look extremely young. PRIOR to booking i asked for information about decorating the hotel room which i received a text saying it was okay as long as i clean up before i check out to avoid extra fees. When i arrived they said balloons and rose petals were NOT allowed for safety reasons. They could of let me know prior to booking when i asked them the first time. This caused a really big inconvenience for me because i prepaid a lady to help me set it up because i thought it would be okay like i was told originally. There is lack of communication. While checking in the manager at the time was rude implying I couldn’t afford to be there because i asked questions about the deposit. This made me feel uncomfortable. Later on during the day i headed down to the lobby where it smelled horribly like weed. Lobby was filled with ghetto people and a homeless who werent staying the night. Right outside the entrance there was a man harassing women who passed by whom no one said anything to. Overall my experience was -10/10"

"Clean room, friendly helpful staff"

"Stayed in the suite for a 3-night business trip. The layout is perfect! The living area is separate enough from the bedroom that I could take Zoom calls without feeling like I was working from my bed. Location is convenient, walking distance to the convention center and great restaurants. Will definitely book this suite again for my next trip"

"Good hotel, should have looked closer at the details as we did not realize the shower was fully visible from the bed with no way to hide your naked body. Staff were very accomodating and brought us a make shift privacy curtain! Make sure you choose the upgraded room if you need the privacy! "

"The room was very clean and the view was excellent. Would definitely stay again."

"Valet guys were very nice, so was the woman who I checked out with. The room had a funny smell and everything in the hotel seemed pretty basic and nothing special. Surprisingly wasn’t too noisy for being in DTLA but there were a few homeless outside and rummaging through the garbage. Just a step up from a Motel 6 with a better location. Breakfast sucked and portions were small, wasn’t worth the money even with my 20% off discount. Probably wouldn’t go back."

"Breakfast is expensive. We found Cherry Pick on Hill Street to be a better option, about 1/2 mile away. There are lots of Asian restaurants, walk out the restaurant to the street and go right. Staff were nice. Room was ok."
