"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
From the moment I arrived, the kindness and accommodation of the staff truly stood out. I was traveling with my family and two small children, arriving late at night, and Ito went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She reached out ahead of time, guided me to the hotel when it was late, and immediately put my mind at ease—I felt safe and welcomed right away.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, which I especially appreciated so I could get my little ones settled into bed quickly. The hotel itself was charming, with stylish touches throughout—I especially loved the carpet and the chic vibe of the room.
And the sleep… absolutely amazing! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were so perfect I now want the same ones for my home. My whole family slept so well.
This was such a wonderful stay, and if we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you so much!"
