「Room was in great condition and the staff was attentive and friendly. I got the room with 2 queen beds, there were 2 couples on the trip, however upon arrival we were charge, we had to pay for the other couple on the trip. stating that it was only 2 people booked, but the room could accommodate 4. Also power went out a few times, being in the philippines, it was a hot night, difficult to sleep. and the driveway was an uphill climb, good thing we had a 4x4. Place was clean, and quiet. The...

「As a regular staying at Essentia in Dumaguete, Charos dormitel is a breath of fresh air !! Outstanding room, staff, restaurant and not so many guests (not crowded like Essentia) ! 「It was a very nice place to stay out side of the city. Veiws are beautiful easy access to the ocean. Down side pool needs to be open later then 7:30 because of location there not much to do once it gets dark. I would definitely stay there again. 」

「Room was ok, bunch of hair in the bed, breakfast was a joke, we ordered it once and never use it again. Front of the property is a mud field in bad condition. Stuff were friendly and helpfull. 」

The lawn is like a golf course. - the bathroom ceiling had a drip when it rained. Over all I will book it again.」
