Pool is much smaller than I had thought, and wasn’t clean. No patio furniture and shade around the pool. I shouldn’t be charged more for not eating the Filipino breakfast; I thought this was a ripoff. Vegan food options were very limited, but not surprising. No place in room to put luggage except on the floor. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Pros: comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom, free breakfast, affordable price, wide tv with Netflix, close to restaurants, laundromat, massage spas, boulevard. Cons: no elevator, cold shower. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

This hotel lived up to the reviews. Clean, modern, great air conditioning. Super nice people. The restaurant/bar is cute and we had an amazing breakfast that was included in the price. They had Filipino and American style breakfast options. I had the Tocino because I love it and it was so good!! There is not a lot to do in the area so we only stayed one night then went odd to Siquijor. But things a great spot and the rooftop pool at the bar looks great.

Great experience. I really Loved the staff. My only minor complaint is the toilet smelled after flushing even just a gum wrapper. But I must emphasize every other aspect was great. I stayed 2 weeks and this will be my place when I come back next year. Thank you for making me fill like family!

The bed was big and comfortable. Liked the filtered water dispenser just outside our room.The room deodorizer that was placed in the bathroom was so strong. We have to wrapped it in plastic bag so we can sleep and closed the bathroom. The bathroom smelled like a stinky canal that’s probably they placed that strong deodorizer. Will not recommend or stay in this hotel again.

This is a clean , friendly Hotel, the room was a little small, but had everything and has a great shower. They should remove the “swimming pool” add in their brochure as it is definitely not a “swimming pool” in fact in their paper hand out they give upon arrival it is correctly described as a dipping pool. And not very well maintained at that. I was definitely disappointed with the pool. Otherwise it was great.

Great little hotel with unlimited cold water to.drink. Front desk lady was awesome. Breakfast (beef tapa and scrambled eggs) was fantastic- dont miss the breakfast. Hotel and rooms were renovated. You will need p500 for deposit. The shower water wasnt heated. Karaoke goes until at least 11p each night and you will hear it from every room. Couldnt figure out how TV works, as it required scanning channels and finding nothing. But again, water cooler for refills of water, location close to many trikes, and renovated hotel and room plus amazing breakfast- consider this hotel when visiting Dumagete.

The property has a cute beach themed charm. The lobby was clean, room could have been more deep cleaned. Staff at the front desk were nice. Room was tiny for two people. The restroom smelled like sewer. When I opened the window curtains I had a view of the hotel parking/driveway. So anyone can see in my room if I wanted to open the curtains. Breakfast was complementary and tasted good. Staff were not too attentive and were on their phones while we sat and ate our meal from across the room. Not a good look. The main positive is that it was a clean room, with decent WiFi, and close to town.

I’m two days into a 2 week stay at this hotel, and they have managed to absolutely blow all expectations out of the water. This is as good of a hotel for the price as you will find in the entirety of the Philippines let alone Dumaguete. Staff is 10/10 kind and diligent. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Wifi is 50mb up and down and haven’t experienced a single hiccup on it which is unusual for PHP hotels. The restaurant is the unsung hero of this establishment. Their food is some of the best food I’ve tasted in dumaguete with good prices and a beautiful dinning room. The included breakfast you receive for the room isn’t your average mass produced eggs and fruit you’re going to be used to in other hotels, these are hand crafted works of art they’re serving and they have beautiful Philippines flair and flavor . The only 2 gripes to be had about this hotel is from no actual fault of the owners and staff but the location is kinda ehh not the most convenient if you like to walk places and they have this weird setup with the bathrooms where there is like a see through window between the bathroom and the bedroom, which staff remedied immediately upon request by covering the bathroom window with a curtain. This is a wonderful hotel and I strongly recommend it if you’re in the area!!

We loved this hotel! Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Bed was just soft enough, but not too soft, excellent pillows although my husband thought slightly too fluffy. It was quiet and we had the most restful sleeps in the Philippines up to this point in our travels. Used their laundry service and it was fast and very clean. Only 400peso for a 5kg of laundry. The water temp in the shower was nice and hot the pressure excellent as well. The AirCon works excellent as well, almost too good, we had to get up and turn it down in the night each time. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They arranged a day trip to Apo Island for us which was unbelievable. A day we will never forget. We had the Filipino breakfast multiple mornings and they never disappoint. So delicious and so filling. The restaurant and the rooftop patio had excellent atmosphere and they are trying very hard to get the themed nights going, although a small turn out each night we were there. Only downside we found was that although the patio was nice the pool needed some attention and did not look clean to swim. We were walking distance to the North Point food market which had excellent nightlife and food options. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Dumagete
