We are visiting from Austin, Texas, and this is our first time staying at Charo Dormitel Hotel. We are truly impressed with our experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the room is beautifully designed with unique wall decorations that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly hospitable, respectful, and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Charo Dormitel Hotel to our family and friends, and we look forward to staying here again on our next visit. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

They served a great breakfast. The restaurant staff and hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms and hallways were meticulous and decorated nicely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants the best hotel experience in Dumaguete. It was also on a quiet street really close to the airport.

The cleanest hotel that we have been to in the Philippine.The staff are truly accomodating and as they represent of what the people in Dumaguete are well known for " most gentle people ". As a regular staying at Essentia in Dumaguete, Charos dormitel is a breath of fresh air !! Outstanding room, staff, restaurant and not so many guests (not crowded like Essentia) ! I agree with other travelers reviews now ! This was a 5 star experience for one night stay. Definitely will return in the near future😀
