"The staff at CoCo Grande are the best, they treat everyone like family. It’s clean, quiet, and relaxing. It is dated but that gives it character. Traffic would be the only negative factor but that is a problem all over the city of Dumaguete."

"This place is in a perfect location. A hundred different places to eat within walking distance. I felt pretty safe walking around. Walked back from the Boulevard one night alone with no issues. Actually I felt safer than walking the streets of Phoenix or Minneapolis at night.
Cheap rates, clean rooms, good A/C. The port is super close. Staff is really nice and helpful. Security is great and always greets you. Opens doors ect. No complaints. This is my second time staying here. "

"What a great place to be, owners Zoe and Tim have made a very comfortable resort, are very hospitable , welcoming and when I had a drama with delayed flights, we’re so helpful in changing things when needed.
