「Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, also drinks available all day is very nice. Only thing is please get rid of ice machine from each floor and let it be at breakfast area alone since it make so much noice and vibration bothering sleep! 」

「All we expected was a clean room and a decent continental breakfast. We did not expect to see a sign at check-in that said if we needed anything in our room, the staff would get to it if “they weren’t busy.” Another sign said that our rooms would not be serviced by housekeeping. After three days, we did ask at the front desk if we could get clean towels. This was at 10:00 am. When we arrived back in our room at 11:30 pm, there were no clean towels. Our trash was also never emptied throughout...

A bit disappointing…I’ll look for other accommodations next time I’m in the area for business. 」
