The room conditioner leaked water into the room, so it always smelled in our room. The room was not clean when we first got into it hair in the bathroom everywhere the staff was very unfriendly. I asked for a printed receipt and they told me they could not do it.

Weekend business trip

The hotel was newly renovated. The rooms were updated with new carpet, beds, appliances, lights etc. The breakfast area was also updated and offered an excellent variety of hot and cold breakfast options. The entire hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Berke Visit

The upgraded room was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the upgraded TV's and comfortable mattress. One of the best water pressure in a shower we've experienced. Will stay again.

It's the best place to stay in Rice Lake. Newly remodeled from top to bottom. The staff is friendly and helpful. Book early it's very popular.

The hotel was newly remodeled. Very clean and nicely updated. Spacious room & comfy beds. Good hot breakfast as one would expect. It was the weekend after Christmas, so not busy. We would stay again, as we have family in the area.

I departed the property at 5 AM the day after my arrival and requested to cancel the next day's reservation since I was checking out due to a family emergency. I was informed that I would be charged for the full reservation due to booking through Expedia. This means I ended up paying for an extra day despite not utilizing the service. I find it unacceptable to be charged for a service I didn't use.
