The staff was very friendly and check in went smoothly . The room had a horrible musty wet odor. It was hard to stay in that room. Paint was peeling off of the door jambs. The ceiling was rusty. I went to use the ice bag and it was already wet inside. Gross.

I brought a group of 9 students to the motel and we had a very nice stay. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the rooms very comfortable. Convenient location and helpful staff. Great Stay overall

Always enjoy my stay when in Rice Lake. Friendly staff, good location (close to restaurants) and pool is a great amenity. Only improvement would be healthier options for breakfast.

Appreciated the hot breakfast in the mornings, and that the pool was open a little later than some other hotels we have been to. Could use a little better signage showing the entrance to the hotel parking lot, but the hotel itself was great!
