The hotel had a horrific smell when you entered. The entire place was disgusting. We got our key went to our room. I checked the mattresses. The mattresses were so stained up that I did not wanna sit on them due to the fact that I was afraid that I was gonna catch some sort of disease the room itself was in shambles it was so stained so dingy so dirty. I didn’t even wanna take my shoes off and walk around because I was so much filth, I took a total of 10 minutes to check out the room. I went to the front desk and asked them to cancel my reservation. The person at the front desk told me that they had to contact their manager their manager refuse to cancel my reservation. I put a lock on my card. I checked out and I told them that I would not be staying there and that I was going to take my money and go down the road and stay at Econolodge for $10 more and Econolodge was so nice so clean there was also a pool and a hot tub. The cleanliness of Econolodge was immensely better super eight is a trap Hotel it needs to be conned. nobody should be staying in that hotel you are going to catch hepatitis or chlamydia or AIDS or something even the second you walk in the pictures of super eight don’t even compare the picture show that the Hotel is inviting in the post. There’s no inviting none whatsoever. The carpets are filthy. The walls are dingy. It’s it’s not a place to stay. we were afraid that there was even gonna be roaches popping out when we flipped on the lights. It’s that disgus

The entire hotel felt neglected. I felt like I walked into a war zone. The hotel was dilapidated and falling apart. I will never be staying at a super eight again because of how poor the stay was. I absolutely feel like the price of the hotel room was not worth what I paid.

Not much food left. only yogurt and cereal oranges. Cold eggs gone. Chairs had tape on them. Room had wobbly toilet very old bathrooms and tile old. Black in tubs maybe mold. All inside needed remodeling badly. Couldn’t understand guy at desk. Foreign. He refused to give me handicap room. He said next time???

constant noise from old refrigerator..hard to sleep..tile around tub moldy and dirty.. terrible excuse for breakfast..no 1/2-1/2 only coffemate..blackend overipe bananas. OJ dispenser broken..tv for morning news off/broken...no maid service (I stayed two nights) broken bedside lamp..I tryed changing the bulb..otherwise just below average .I would suggest you try to stay tidy

So my husband us a truck driver so we look for places he can have a good nights sleep.this was not one of them. He got on to the room smelt like mold, mold was around window by AC, He check the air vents and they where full dirt, not been cleaned .He told front desk they came in and changed filter, but with in an hour of being in the room he was getting a really bad head ache. Staned up carpet not been cleaned for a while either.He a two day reservation but only stayed 1 night.. food was not really good old bananas.And of course not one person at the hotel asked if he wanted his money back. People that have been their for a while said the dont cleanl like they are supposed to.But my Husband did tell me the nixt day they where really clean rooms because he was making some phone calls.Hotels.com did give us 1/2 our payment back .but tge hotel should of made it right!!

This was an easy quick overnight stay on a 2 day driving trip. The bed was very comfortable, tv had the channels we needed, and breakfast had eggs and yogurt and fruit and coffee.

This hotel was very unacceptable. Upon arrival we were given keys to an occupied room. We went back to the front desk and were given a second set of keys to a room that was beyond disgusting. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette stains on the carpet. The bed had large stains on it as well. We went back to the front desk and were told that we could leave and be refunded the entire amount that we had paid. This was not the case. We were charged and they refused to honor what they had told us. Lily, the manager, blamed Expedia and said they could not refund us. It was a horrible experience and we are out $308. There should be something in place when faced with a situation like this. We went into this thinking we had a clean place to stay and instead we were taken advantage of.
