「Perfect place to stay, right in the middle of the city. You have all you need here」

「Very comfy room, with a hot shower. Nicely decorated with lots of lamps providing pleasant lighting, with armchairs to loll in and read. Quite a grand building, with interesting decor throughout; paperback books in shelves. Breakfast was very good too.」

「Radiators in the room must have been for decoration, there was no heating on a freezing cold night, owners must have known this because on arrival we were handed a tiny fan heater, which made little difference in a big room. Toilet wasnt clean, bathroom light didnt work initially, towels weren't provided until I went to reception and asked for them, bed was uncomfortable. 「We recently stayed at this lovely cottage in Carlisle with my two children and had an amazing time. The place was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage had a lovely big garden with beautiful views, and there were some great walks nearby which we all enjoyed. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was just right. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!」
