「The overall status of the hotel is nice, we arrived quite later at 1:00am, but the housekeeping starts knocking doors from 9:30 all the way to 10:40 (about 4 times) to ask people to check out... they really did what their boss told...」

「Recently refurbished, rooms were clean and fresh and kept the original features of the property. Bathroom was lovely and bath a great size although did miss the option of grabbing a quick shower. Bathroom needs a blind or curtain please otherwise stunning room.」

「The room was old and stinky, outdated furniture and everything practically worn out. Had to use the towels to cover the chair. Appeared not have been cleaned for ages. The breakfast is always nice. It would have been better if the room was cleaned and renewed. I prefer to sleep in a room that is 10/10 and food 5/10. Book as a last resort.」

「Reasonably sized room was clean, but we could not get the window open for fresh air. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with a full array of options.」

「Dianne went out of her way to be helpful at all steps of our stay. Great parking facilities, great shower, comfy bed. Everything needed was provided and well thought through. We were able to arrange to collect the keys early as we were due at a wedding and Dianne went out of her way to help us arrange a taxi booking to and from the venue nearby. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.」
