「I loved this hotel , very nice and clean. Lots of extras and the beds were the best」

「簡單乾淨，CP值高。」

「My experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but our room was not available until approximately 8:00 PM. When I asked about the delay, I was told they only had one housekeeper and that there were no rooms available. I explained that the reservation was under my name and asked if I could at least complete the check-in process and have the hotel contact me when the room was ready so that the other people traveling with me could pick...

「Very nice」

「old」

「Beds were good. The floors were very dirty, noticeable on our socks. The hallway floors were also very dirty and at one point, there was dog poop. Although the staff trued their best, some things were out of their hands, such as TOILET PAPER AND WATER FOR THE COFFEE MAKER. A LACK OF TOIKET PAPER US Completely UNEXCUSABLE」

「Safe, clean. Well lit. Friendly staff.」

「Convenient place to stay for Family weekend but a few things did not meet our expectations.. there was a loud refrigerator buzzing sound that could not be solved and the toilet had a dripping/flushing sound that did not stop and unfortunately housekeeping came to clean our room at 8am each morning before we were out for the day..:a little too early.」

「The hotel has a lot nice charming of Tucson. The outdoor swimming pool is amazing. We had a great time here and definitely will revisit again 」

「I do not recommend staying at this place. The refrigerator didn’t work there was bedbugs in our room. We had to be moved from one room to another at midnight to a ground floor room which initially told me there were no ground floor rooms available. They did refund my money but I would not recommend this place at all.」

「Very good experience for our journey in Tucson. 」

「櫃台接待人員十分友善熱心. 早餐美味. 孩子們在游泳池玩得很開心。」

「Really quiet. Only down side was Expedia said checkout was noon but the property changed it to 11:00. It wasn’t a down side for us but might be for some. Another down side was pool and hot tub close at 9 when all the other places close at 10pm. Other than that loved it」

「I was arraged in No.150 room which is next to a fountain in the garden. It was very beautiful in the early morning when the sun shined through the garden. Besides, the room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was close to the room and was very convenient to unload stuffs. I will defientely stay here again if I visit Tucson in the future. 」
