「I understand that when you get a room for a lower price you may not have all of the amenities. That doesn't give excuse for the tub to be dirty, bathroom door to be broken, etc. Staff was friendly, but my wife and i wouldn't ever stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness. 」

「I was arraged in No.150 room which is next to a fountain in the garden. It was very beautiful in the early morning when the sun shined through the garden. Besides, the room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was close to the room and was very convenient to unload stuffs. I will defientely stay here again if I visit Tucson in the future. 」

「There was a strong smell in the room (like old abandoned cabin or rotten wood). We used some air odor fresheners to contrast the smell. Other than that, the stay was pretty much straight forward. 」

「The hotel has a lot nice charming of Tucson. The outdoor swimming pool is amazing. We had a great time here and definitely will revisit again 」

「Great hotel close to the reffkin tennis center. Very large king bed room. Breakfast was very good each morning and helped a lot with getting our day started. Bed was super comfortable. However lots of foot noise from the rooms above us and behind us. Wasn’t too disturbing but was for sure audible. Great staff. Will stay here again. 」

「The night staff for late check in was beyond rude and wouldn't check me in even after calling for a late check in all because my Uber driver stayedwith me for over an hour while waiting for her to come to the office and he didn't have his ID although he was not staying with me.
