The staff at Red Lion Inn & Suites Tucson is very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, a bit run down and needs deeper cleaning after stays. Specifically the floors. The staff is making an effort to attract a better clientele however they definitely have a challenge. We stayed for 3 nights and were woken up each night by others staying.

The customer service was great, Ana the receptionist that helped us with check in was amazing at accommodating our needs. The room was very clean, tv programming was excellent and parking was great. No hassle at all. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff is amazing here! There was some technical difficulties with the door and they worked to all ends to get it fixed for me! Norma and Robert treated me and all other guest with upmost respect and professionalism. They even called me to let me know I forgot an something of mine in the room! I would absolutely come back here! You all are great, thank you so much for everything!

Definitely work in progress have had a great stay and the area is central so just a hop skip and jump to anywhere we went to some of your mission the other day and it was only 20 minutes away as opposed to an hour plus or downtown or Avenue right around the corner as well as the best food on fourth Avenue
