「总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善」

「Friendly team, good breakfast and great location. The hotel is older and room’s a/c system did not work, hence we had a damp odor in the room the entire time…this would have been manageable but the windows were old and sealed permanently. 」

Une bonne adresse à mémoriser dans son carnet. Très bonne isolation phonique extérieur. Donc une bonne nuit au calme compte tenu de la proximité de l’aéroport. Douche un peu exiguë, mais ok pour un court séjour.」

「We are lucky to be upgraded to a very big and comfortable room with beautiful sea view! There are different functional rooms we can visit. They are so great! However, the breakfast has little choice with only bread,cold cut food and fruit. It's better to have some hot food like eggs, sausages.」

「Muy cómodo, en el centro de Biarritz y muy cerca de todo, el personal muy amable y facilitan mucho la estancia, el parking de pago 20€ día es una buena opción si se viaja en coche, las plazas son amplias y hace falta reservar. Si tengo que poner algún pero, es la poca iluminación de la que disponen las habitaciones.」

「Impressive building, right on the seafront, nice character. Really lovely staff and service. Nice decor in the rooms, furnished to a high standard, big beds, nice linen and many pillows! We were kindly upgraded (bc Gold Hotels.com member?) to a sea view room, which was lovely. Despite the rain getting in and soaking the carpet by the French windows (just an upkeep issue). The spa is really nice, vaulted ceilings, impressive reception area that you pass through. Good sauna and steam room. Not...
