「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...

「Small room and bathroom with a small shower that does not shield water well. The floor is very watery after the shower. There’s room to improve.」

「The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.」

「Lovely welcome as always. Hotel is super convenient for the motorway and an overnight stop on a long journey. The room was clean and well presented and the bed very comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble. The evening dinner food was delicious and the service at Dinner was excellent and friendly. Highly recommend this little gem. 」
