「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...

「The location is amazing and the staff incredibly helpful, my only comment is the amount of dust in the room, had allergies every night trying to sleep, the fact that the a/c is not working should be told ahead of the stay and there should be urgent care taken care of the black mold on the shower walls」

「The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.」

「Hôtel très bien situé et c’est son point fort. Un peu vieillot mais ça fait son charme. Par contre la personne à l’accueil n’y est quasiment jamais. Il délégue tout à sa femme de ménage même l’encaissement d’une facture de séjour…!! Nous aurions pu quitter notre chambre sans payer… Difficile à accepter vu le prix et le peu de chambres finalement.
