「My initial room smelled like wet towels and had roaches. Front desk was notified and we were immediately moved rooms. The staff were very nice but the hotel definitely needs updating and a deep cleaning.」

「The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!」

「If going to Truist Park, this location is perfect. The walk is a little hilly but very doable and you avoid parking cost. The hotel is wonderful. Large room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. We used the fridge for leftovers/drinks and it was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay!」
