"The room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty, and the room needed a deep cleaning. "

"Room smelled. We were lucky we had febreeze in the car! Left the bathroom exhaust fan on to help suck out the odor. Place needed some painting and lock looked like it had been broken off several times. There were also some shady characters hanging around. "

"Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. The bathroom vent fan in our room didn’t work and the shower drain backed up when showering. In the time it took to take 1 shower it ankle deep water. I reported it to the desk at checkout and they said they’d get it fixed. Driveway and parking lot were terrible with large very deep pot holes."

"In the first room we were in, water backed up into our tub so we had to switch to another room. In that room, there was fecal matter and pubic hair on the bathroom walls. it was graduation weekend for my daughter from Binghamton University and the red roof Inn was charging $300 a night. When I complained about the cleanliness and potential health hazard of the room, I was told I would not get a refund. I moved myself and my daughters to a comfort Inn in Binghamton and spent another $700 for those rooms on top of the $900 for the red roof inn, which they have still yet to return. This, despite the fact that I did not stay there the second two nights."

"Check in staff person could’ve been friendlier, it seemed she didn’t want to be there n it showed. Room was clean n beds were comfortable. Only stayed 1 night, because it was overpriced due to graduation wknd. "
