"Front desk overcharged us for waters. We had random charges to our room for soup!?!? Was woken up from a fire alarm going off but no fire and also the whole building didn’t have water."

"We had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Smyrna. The only issue we had was with the pool. One of the reasons we stayed at the property was to give our grand-kids a place to swim in the evenings, however the hot tub was being repaired and the pool water was too cold for little ones to swim in. Staff indicated the water temp was due to work being done on the Hot tub."

"My kiddos enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was fresh and prompt in the morning. We had an issue with a leak and had to switch rooms. The staff was friendly and professional. "

"Room was very clean staff very helpful. Cracker barrel across from hotel for meal or short drive to different restaurants. Ideal location for our one night stay"

"This is a newer building and it was clean. The rooms were smaller than most hotels in this price range. The breakfast was light. Eggs, potatoes and a meat. Cereal, fruit and yogurt but no waffles. Coffee and tea is offered 24-7 but there is no coffee pot in the room. In the future I will probably stay at a different location."

"Booked king bed, got a full size. No towels in room, took three trips to front desk to get them. On third trip told clerk I would stand there until towels placed in my hands. Room never serviced on a three night booking. Linens seemed clean but blankets were gamey….likely unwashed for weeks. No manager, only 20 ish year old clerk at front desk. She told me only 2 cleaning staff for whole property. You are paying for a motel six quality and service at a Hilton price. I want a refund!!"
