"We valeted our car and the staff would not get our car for us when we asked. They said we needed to take our luggage to our car. There are only 3 elevators and only one was working. Therefore, there were long lines to get on and off the elevator. The patio area was under construction. It would have been nice to know this in advance. The TV did not work in our room. "

"I liked breakfast , the pool, convenient walk to the island I did not like only one elevator the other elevator was broke for days. Also bus of kids that were loud at breakfast"

"Overall a great place to stay for the value! We had housekeeping knock at 9a one morning and then they didn't knock the next morning and just walked in. 😳 The breakfast was good, smaller selection about a 4/5. Other than that very clean, cool pool areas and staff was very nice. Would stay again."

"Very rundown old hotel. Everything is outdated from the pool to the rooms. If you’re just passing through and looking from something cheap on a one night stay it’s about all it’s worth. "

"Things were nice only problem was the hot tub jets didn’t work turned the timer on and nothing it was hot and was circulating but the jets didn’t turn on. Still nice place. Had a great time"
