"This place is great, the clerk was excellent and helped me fixed what EXPEDIA messed up with my reservation…
I actually called EXPEDIA to fix my reservation and they charged me $37.70 and said they fixed it and was not true…I end up calling the hotel and found out it was not…I called EXPEDIA again and the guy even called the hotel to wave the penalty and he said everything was fixed…I even got an email stating that change but it was all a lied..
Very, very disappointed with the service EXPEDIA provided…
