"The staff were super helpful. We had a king deluxe room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view was ok, but I think a corner room would have a better view. We did use the laundry on site. They were coin machines and laundry soap was provided. We had a breakfast included which involved ordering from a menu the day before. The options included a variety of local choices or McDonald's. It was simple, but enough to get your day started. There was free coffee and light snacks in the lounge area. The room also had a kettle and small fridge. I'm 6 foot and when standing in the shower/bath tub my head touches the ceiling. The shower curtain was a plastic type and was showing wear. The hotel is on the 14th floor. There is an underground entrance directly infront of the main entrance that leads to the subway."
