"Very nicely built wooden chalet. The mattress is of 5 star hotel standard. Good farm view from the balcony. There may be noise from the railway but the balcony glass door is well sound proofed. Owner of the hotel was very nice indeed. Highly recommend Artisan to anyone."

"和風villa旅店，很推薦，房間裡面寬敞，一入住下午2-4點有下午茶，很精緻，房間有超大的按摩浴缸，兩個人在裡面也不擁擠，智慧馬桶，房間望出去也有渡假景觀，讓人在住宿上非常放鬆，一點也不想看電視度過，泡完澡再來躺床上敷臉休息，很享受，下回來礁溪，還會選擇，沒有在溫泉路上，很安靜，外面還有戶外涼亭建議三五好友來，還可以泡茶聊天，很愜意"
