"I found the staff, to be clear, the men o the front desk, to be less than friendly, as opposed to other hotels . Perhaps the place is just so busy that they are stressed out. There was a chair in my room with a mystery stain on it. Room service was fast, inexpensive, delicious and friendly. Parking was inadequate especially getting back late to the hotel. To get charged 30CA dollars and to have to walk all the way back to the hotel just seems wrong. Apart from that, the room was clean. I skipped breakfast because ther was a long line to be seated. The dining room was empty. I don't understand why the line did nit just walk in and sit down as in every other hotel I have ever been in. All in all good enough."

"The hotel was great, very beautiful and clean! The breakfast buffet has a lot of choice and was delicious. The location is amazing, it's downtown, very close to the CN Tower and Rogers Centre and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. There is no parking at the hotel, but there are 2-3 public parkings right in front. The only negative points were that sometimes the elevators are very slow, I once had to wait at least 5 minutes before one came and there sometimes were line-ups in busy hours. Also, the fire alarm went out two times at 4:30 in the morning for no reason. This really sucked."

"The signature two double room was a great size for two adults and two tween boys. They even brought in an extra bed for one of the kids. The bathroom was super tiny though, and no matter how many times we asked, they never brought enough towels for all of us. The rate was good though, and the location was fantastic for attending Jays games. You do get a fair bit of hallway noise (all.night.long on our first night) but no more so than other hotels, I think. The elevators in the lobby took a minute to figure out though (and not just us…we saw quite a few people struggle). Pretty typical fairmont experience - you always know what you’re going to get, the property is nice and staff are friendly."
