「The best hotel I have stayed in Nigeria. Compares very well with other Western countries. The breakfast area has breathtaking view of the riverine area of Lekki peninsula. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel in my next trip to Lagos. 」

「This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. I checked out and moved to Nordic hotel -- more expensive but at least stuff works and you can get things done. I should say that staff at the View are...

「We paid for a suite but we’re given a superior room instead. The hotel insisted that the price that we paid wouldn’t make up for what they charge for a suite. From a customer service standpoint this was poor. I don’t even think the staff took into consideration that at the time of me booking the room, the exchange rate would have been significantly different from when I had checked in.
