Offered to move my room but then i asked for a refund he said i would have to talk to expedite but didnt say he was unwilling too. Left instead of switching & tried to get a refund for the days i didn’t stay. Expedia said its up to the hotel & called he said i won't give him a refund & i told him that & offered to accommodate the room due to the leak & supposedly i chose to leave. Maybe be direct about your intention...

「Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

「the room i stayed in (27) smelled VERY strongly of pee. the service was okay but the attendant was a bit rude at check in if you care. the temp in the room was set at 80 and couldn’t be changed, and i had to run an air conditioning unit at full blast to feel normal in the room, which felt pretty unsafe as it’s all on ground floor and someone definitely could have gotten in by taking out the unit from the outside. the furniture was well worn and i found hair and debris in the bedding. for what it...
