「Front desk person was extremely rude. Left early due to a leak in the ceiling. Offered to move my room but then i asked for a refund he said i would have to talk to expedite but didnt say he was unwilling too. Left instead of switching & tried to get a refund for the days i didn’t stay. Expedia said its up to the hotel & called he said i won't give him a refund & i told him that & offered to accommodate the room due to the leak & supposedly i chose to leave. Maybe be direct about your intention...

「the room i stayed in (27) smelled VERY strongly of pee. the service was okay but the attendant was a bit rude at check in if you care. the temp in the room was set at 80 and couldn’t be changed, and i had to run an air conditioning unit at full blast to feel normal in the room, which felt pretty unsafe as it’s all on ground floor and someone definitely could have gotten in by taking out the unit from the outside. the furniture was well worn and i found hair and debris in the bedding. for what it...

「The room was boiling hot, the sheets and entirety of the room were dirty, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I came back to the building around 10:30 at night and had gotten locked out of the building and with no proper explanation I was told that I couldn’t come back in to at least get my things until check out time in the morning. When I called, the staff member on the phone had accused me of sneaking people in when I was barely ever even in the room, I only used it to store my things...

「Our room was great. Staff were helpful but only remote. Bathroom was poor. Several toilets clogged and some showers not working. Kitchen was not clean. Location was great although off site parking is an issue. Good cheap restaurants in area. Nighttime noisy with cars burning out. For a cheap night stay and dealing with hostel conditions this place is good for a short stay with money to enjoy Providence.」
