This place is a wreck. The general manager Deep Patel and down to his Plummer were a mess. I don’t understand how this business operates with the level of unprofessionalism and chaos. But surely you get what you pay for. NOT RECOMMEND IF YOURE LOOKING TO REST FROM LONG TRAVELS. The walls are made of paper, the management allows and entices arguments, and I honestly would look the other way even if it’s just for one night intent.
Unfortunately for me I couldn’t even stay the 3 nights smoothly before I was forcedto move all my things the night before check out, half way through. For inconvenience that could have been avoided before putting me in a room that had water leaking issues. Blown out of proportion. Multiple issues with plumbing even in the second room. I feel bad for the people that have to work under this type of manic management, and the disregard for the people working there shows even through their ongoing issues.
The manager mentioned tried to fix the inconveniences by allowing late check out and forgets the courtesy, could not keep his word and instead makes a whole scene to rush you out while you shower and calling police knocking on the door like a mad person. The hassle and chaos is not worth even the small price you pay. In the garden city area a lot better competition and level of hospitality. This is coming from a professional who made the mistake by booking here even for the 3 nights, and someone who can speak from having worked in proper levels hotels
