「My experience at the Econo Lodge was extremely disappointing, and I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The rooms were in very poor condition, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, we found bed bugs during our stay, which is completely unacceptable. In addition, the customer service was terrible. The staff showed very little interest in helping or resolving the issues we reported. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
