"I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Istanbul for three nights, and I honestly loved my experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, but the best part was the staff. The room was fine, but my wife preferred to have our original booked room type, so the customer service manager-Dina reached out to my wife, and she made my wife very happy with her professional help . Also Erhant chef at breakfast delivered good service with his sweetness. Overall the entire hotel crew is nice and has great manners. They made our staying feels like home with comfort and satisfaction! upgrade with city view but smaller room size than what we originally booked.
