Service was excellent. Balal was super helpful in responding to any questions we had. Also the location is in the center for shopping,restaurants, and transportation. It was very safe location.

Rivas hotel was such a delightful stay. First it was very close to all the shops and restaurants as well as the metro. The city is alive at night and it was decorated for the holidays. It was a super safe location. The hotel itself had excellent staff shoutout to Balal who arranged all of the transportation and made recommendations for sight seeing. The rooms were a bit small but my room had a view. It was super clean and comfortable. They also had coffee in the mornings for guests which was a nice touch. I didn’t try their breakfast but it smelled and looked delicious. Definitely a must stay and it’s centrally located.
