The room was fine, but my wife preferred to have our original booked room type, so the customer service manager-Dina reached out to my wife, and she made my wife very happy with her professional help . Also Erhant chef at breakfast delivered good service with his sweetness. Overall the entire hotel crew is nice and has great manners.
