"Great place to spend the night before flying out of New Chitose. The onsen is very well equipped and the little free goodies at different times of day are appreciated. The room was quite small with only one side of the double bed accessible but for the price it was a great stay. "

"Very nice staff and comfortable room. Has everything you need. My favourite part was the bathroom. Very traditional Japanese bathing vibes including stool, bucket, and a small tub for you to soak in after cleaning. Perfect on a cold winter night. "

"Hotel is near the train station but still it is a quiet location. Many restaurants within walking distance and to go to the famous fishing port area for sea food is walking distance of about 15-20mins. Room is clean.
Staff were very helpful and always eager to help.
The public bath has adequate space, slightly larger than some Route Inn Hotel.
Will stay here again next time visited Tomakomai. "

"The hotel's service and condition was excellent. Staffs were very attentive and friendly. We stayed a night here as we had an early flight to catch. The kaiseki restaurant was good, a must try. I highly recommend staying here. Beds are comfy and the room was very spacious."
