"Breakfast menu was very good. The only problem was the waiting in line each day, even though we tried to find the best timing. The staff was working very hard to try to accomodate, but, i guess the facility was not designed for such a big people flow.
The room was little but always clean with pj and towels changed every day.
The staff was always polite and accomodating.
Also the location was very good."

"I would definitely stay at The Metropolitan Hotel Ikebukuro in a heartbeat! The safety, location, amenities, service, food, nearby shopping centers, and attention to detail we received during our weeks stay was simply fantastic! The staff was just so warm and welcoming that it was hard to look for another hotel when we decided to extend our trip for an additional day, we gladly booked our extra day with them, even though there were clearly other hotels much cheaper. My teen daughter and I called this our little home away from home!✨"

"I stayed here and truly enjoyed my stay. The train was about a 10-15 minute walk away. There was a 7 eleven not far and 3 bomb little local restaurants. The room was so clean, the PJs were nice and it was all comfortable."
