When we arrived, the host was super friendly, accommodating and patient. We came in December and the unit was quite cold and we tried to adjust. The bathrooms are shared, the shower was not but there was 2 shared showers, super cold area and floor (don’t think it was heated). Price, area, convenience, local eats very good. Be prepared for very little English. Thank you for hosting us , I would stay again.

Overall clean but found a sock from prev guest. Dust, mold around windows, but disappointed. Found a wonderful izakaya 5min walking distance. 7-11 on the way to go which was convenient. Tiny diners in front of the building which we didn’t try but look good. Kabab track, too.

スタッフさんの対応は悪くはなかったですが、もう少し、周辺施設の知識があるとよかったです。 このようなタイプの宿泊施設を利用したのは初めてでしたので、戸惑うこともありましたが、セルフで干渉されずに過ごせたのは気楽でした。 水回りの汚さがとても気になりました。洗面の排水部分の黒カビは、綺麗に掃除しておいて欲しかったです。

家族、仲間内とどうぞ

家族が集まって泊まれる最後の夜だったので、１つの部屋にみんなで寝れることが出来る部屋で良かったです。 チェックアウトが予定より遅くなり迷惑をおかけしましたが、とても親しみやすく丁寧な対応して頂いたので気持ち良く過ごせました。 シャワーは共有でした。何も気になりませんでしたが、近くに銭湯もあります。 私的には最高でした！

何の不満もありませんでした。

こういうタイプの宿泊施設は初めてでしたが、スタッフの方の感じが良く、部屋も綺麗で快適でした。 5人で泊まったのですが、部屋にトイレが２つあったのが助かりました。 屋上からはスカイツリーが見れました。

The location was nice and quiet, while still being convenient when it came to transportation. There is a nice little onsen within walking distance, and the station is also really close. We enjoyed long busy days in different parts of Tokyo, and in the evening we came back to a quiet street, which was very nice.

Affordable option for large group and long stay

Affordable option for large group staying for a long period. Not recommended for elderly travellers. The room is fully equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom, with the exception of toilets which is outside the room, across the hall.
