Great location.

Great property close to attractions and shopping. My only gripe was that it was a bit the pricey side but accommodating for 4 in Japan will always be an uphill battle. Nice amount of room in room and the heater in the bathroom is clutch for the winter months.

More like an older APT feel than Hotel with minimal service, and English speaking Receptionist. Pretty big,the only one we found with 2 queen beds for 4 people, but not as clean and organized. Pretty generous with snack and drink for free and convenient location to the temple and shopping area.

We love how spacious our room is, it was very comfortable. We were able to just walk to some of our itinerary on this trip. Bonus are the close convini & Sensoji. Definitely will book this again.

It was a very good location and you could move around easily. You could do a walk distance to the Senji Temple and the Tokyo skytree. Beautiful sight of the Sumida River. Also, you can do a 30 minute walk to Ueno. I would stay again

Had a great stay! The staff was amazing, friendly and super helpful with any questions or queries. The location was ideal and short walking distance away from Asakusa and Tawaramachi station. Loads of eateries and convenience store around and the Don Quijote Asakusa and Uniqlo. The property was in pristine conditions with great amenities (washer, drier, iron and iron board on demand, mini fridge). The room was clean and comfortable. I will not hesitate to stay here again in the future and recommend ^^

Nearly perfect for my family…

I believe it was an apartment modification. My unit is the only unit on the floor. My room/unit has 4 beds plus 2 sofa beds. More than enough for a family of 4. Small kitchen for simple cooking. They don’t provide hotel daily cleaning nor bedding. They have an interesting sign on the back of the floor door saying they want you to exp living there instead of vacation, so they wouldn’t disturb you at all. Bring out the garage and they collect it. Towels will be replaced base on demand. The only complain i got is that they don’t have laundry machine in the unit but 2 coin machines beside the lobby. Ard 5 mins walking to the nearest McDonald and Donki.

FULL REVIEW

Very friendly and helpful staff. Gave us a rice cooker on request and room refills- nothing was too much for them. Rooms have a compact kitchen/cooking area with microwave, refrigerator, and wash basin. It also doubles up as a table surface if you dont want to use the kitchen. Local area is great for shopping (Don Quijote and many other stores and malls closeby), dining out, cafés, convenience stores etc. The local "Supermarket Life" is a 2 minute walk and was great for stocking up on discounted snacks and sushi, milk, yoghurt, fruit, something to make for breakfast, kids stuff etc. The hotel is close to many sights including Sensoji, Sumida river walk/cruise, Skytree, Ueno Park etc., as well as several subway stations. We stayed with 2 infants, so it was 4 of us in a superior twin room. We pushed the beds together to minimize accidents and to create more space. The rooms are small if you are not used to Tokyo, but for Tokyo standards, the room was a decent size- pretty standard. Lastly, the coin laundry on the ground floor was a lifesaver, especially with kids. I used it twice. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Detergent and softner are provided. You just need to feed the machine with 100 Yen coins and it will start automatically. For every extra 100 Yen or few hundred Yen, you can add more time. These amenities are invaluable if you have kids or are just travelling and want to clean all your clothes etc.
