The staff was amazing and very hospitable. It made my first stay in Japan very easy to understand. I would not choose a different hotel if I had another choice.

Our family is so glad we stayed in this hotel. The hotel staff Aiz, Aileen and Harry are always smiling, friendly and welcoming. The rooms exceeded our expectation they were very updated, neat and clean also the beds are comfortable and for a family of 6 we have enough space and the 2 toilet is a bonus. The room was fully equiped with kitchen essentials, though we did not use it its a good alternative to have it. There is also a washing machine in the room which is nice. I love the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. The location is easy access to everything. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location. Clean. Had all amenities. It was a bit smaller than we anticipated based on photos. Otherwise everything else was good. Staff were prompt. They have us extra cookware. Will definitely consider this property again when we visit Tokyo again

This was my favorite stat from my vacation. Staff was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. It was convenient to store and transportation. Down the block from a beautiful park and neighborhood was super quiet and safe. Best part was the view of the sky tree from the roof top patio. Definitly staying here again when I come back,

Nice! Area was calm and close to a station to travel to major neighborhoods around. Would say trains take about 30-40 minutes to get to the popular areas.
